How a Dublin Job Goes
Here is how a Dublin project goes, from the first call to the finished work.
1. You call us and tell us what you have and what you want.
2. We measure, and check drainage and the base under the pavement.
3. We send a written quote with the work, materials and price.
4. We remove old pavement if needed, fix the base and do the work.
5. We walk the finished job with you.

Dublin Pavement Conditions
Dublin grew from about 31,000 people in 2000 to about 49,000 in 2020, so driveways here come in many ages. Established areas such as Muirfield Village have driveways decades old, which often need crack repair, a new surface layer or a tear-out. Newer subdivisions usually need sealcoating and crack filling on a schedule.
Many Dublin neighborhoods have homeowners associations, so check their rules on driveway color, width and contractor approval before you sign. Work at the street, such as the apron, may need city approval and the city may limit driveway width, so check with the city before planning a wider driveway.
Call or Message Us
Every Bruck job comes with a one-year guarantee, counted from the day the work is complete. It covers our labor and installed asphalt against breakup, concrete labor and materials against workmanship defects, and sealer against chipping and peeling. To claim, write to us within the year; we look at the work before we fix anything. It is for the original customer and begins when the job is finished and paid in full. A few normal limits apply. Read the full terms on our Terms, Conditions & Guarantee page. Call (614) 298-0828 or use Contact Us.
Q: Do I need a permit to pave or widen my driveway in Dublin?
A: Work at the street, such as the apron where the driveway meets the road, may need city approval, and widening may hit width limits. Check with the City of Dublin before work begins, and ask your HOA too.

A: Yes. We serve Dublin and work in central Ohio regularly. We have been doing it since 1984.
Q: What happens if my new driveway has a problem?
