What We Do in New Albany
New Albany grew quickly from the 1990s as a planned community, so many driveways here are younger than in older suburbs. We serve New Albany, with free estimates and written quotes.
• New asphalt driveways, full replacements and widening
• Sealcoating after an inspection, since new asphalt should wait at least 3 months
• Crack filling and patching before water gets under the surface
• Concrete driveways, aprons, walks and pads
• Parking lots for offices, retail and associations
Free estimates on every job.

How a New Albany Job Goes
Here is how a New Albany project goes, from the first call to the finished work.
1. You call us and tell us what you have and what you want.
2. We measure, and check drainage and the base under the pavement.
3. We send a written quote with the work, materials and price.
4. We remove old pavement if needed, fix the base and do the work.
5. We walk the finished job with you.

New Albany Pavement Conditions
New Albany is about 15 miles northeast of Columbus, mostly in Franklin County with a small part in Licking County. A newer asphalt driveway usually does not need replacing. It needs care: fill cracks early, seal it on a schedule and keep water out of the base. Older driveways with deep cracking or sunken areas more often need a new surface layer.
The city has design rules for homes through its Architectural Review Board, and many neighborhoods have HOAs, so ask what applies before you sign. Work in the public right-of-way may need a city permit, so check with the city before work starts.

Every Bruck job comes with a one-year guarantee, counted from the day the work is complete. It covers our labor and installed asphalt against breakup, concrete labor and materials against workmanship defects, and sealer against chipping and peeling. To claim, write to us within the year; we look at the work before we fix anything. It is for the original customer and begins when the job is finished and paid in full. A few normal limits apply.
